Kim has always been a very active member of our community. She is currently a member of the Fortuna Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, family coordinator for Santa’s Sleigh, and is very involved with youth sports including being head coach for Rio Dell Cheer. Bailey joined the Cornerstone family in July of 2019, after a hard decision to change careers and leave a job of 10 years selling insurance. The past 2 years have given me the resources and knowledge to learn and develop a newfound love for real estate. I love the fast pace and ever-changing challenges and accomplishments this job offers. With the encouragement and help of my broker and my coworkers, I recently passed my real estate licensee exam in March 2021 and can’t wait to start this next chapter of my career. I love the community we live in and feel so fortunate to be able to serve it in many different ways. I currently serve on the Fortuna Chamber of Commerce Board as Vice Chair, past President and current member and coach of the Eel River Youth Soccer Board/league, The Fortuna Business Improvement District Board, and The HOPS in Humboldt Committee. Born and raised with deep family roots here in Humboldt, I’m excited to share my knowledge and love for our beautiful county.

Carla Diaz moved to Humboldt County in her late teens and graduated from Fortuna High. “The moment I set foot in this beautiful county I fell in love with the amazing views and the community. I immediately knew that this was the perfect place to raise my children.” My husband and I bought our first house in our early twenties and we know how challenging it is to find a person that speaks your native language and explain everything in a clear manner. I want more people to know that someone is here at Cornerstone Realty ready to answer their questions and find what best suits their needs.
